come in. come in. welcome.
shoes off, please. drop your bag by the door. relax your shoulders.
This is your space to slow down, feel into your body, and call back your energy. We move slow on purpose. We breathe before we decide. So, take up all the space (even if you’re unsure of just what you need). And here, drink some water.
now settle in. if you’re here, chances are you care about people. like… a lot.
♒︎
I can guarantee that you want to leave the world a better place than you found it.So I can bet you might be feeling a wee bit tired and overstimulated AF. Unsurprising really, since you’re trying to respond to everything without f*cking it up.You’re navigating systems and spaces that weren’t built for you, your values, or your nervous system.Somehow you’re expected to stay calm, accountable, articulate, and kind… all at once. It’s no wonder your body’s on strike until further notice and rest feels suspicious.
There’s nothing wrong with you. You’re responding to a world that keeps demanding more than it gives.
With breathwork and radical self‑care, we curate breathing room before the world demands a response. We’ll look at how power, privilege, and systems influence your thoughts and actions, without the guilt or shame. (unless you’re into that. I’m kidding… I’m kidding. Maybe…)Best part is that I don’t tell you what to do.I just show you how to breathe through choices that make sense for you, ones that make your brain happy and lets your body breathe.
And, your new roomie! I know a thing or two about breathing.Once upon a time, I burnt out and came undone. Doing all the things and being all the people for queer liberation will do it to ya. Especially when it’s a 24/7 fight for prison abolition. It was either pick me, choose me, love me; or suffocate trying to be who everyone thought I should be.Yep, I chose to breathe in me.Along the way, I studied healing justice and dreamt of abolitionist futures at the knees of brilliant queer Black, Brown, and Indigenous folks. My learning lineage includes Mia Mingus, Mariame Kaba, Angela Davis, Miss Major, Alok Vaid-Menon, adrienne maree brown, Dean Spade, and Urvashi Vaid, among others. Now, I show up for chronically online neurodivergent gurlies who burn out from trying to do it all, rad humans who overthink every move and feel guilty saying no, but want to trust their decisions; queer biz babes in need of radical self care, and white folks who want liberation but don’t know how to practice it yet. However we meet, I’ll never ask you to bypass your body or max out your nervous system.
Get a room, why don't ya?? Here, roomie... grab your key to radical self care.
And let's open you a little breathing room. Give that burnt-out noggin a little break from obsessing over the next thing you need to do while forgetting the one you’re doing.
Riffle through the Junk Drawer for all those stray things you need doing.
But mind your fingers.... it's stuffed with inbox disasters, tech oddities, unfinished Notion dashes, and a f*rkload of quick fixes.
See it. Pay for it. Sorted.
⃤ i’m your queer for when you care deeply, you’re activated af, and tired of trying to do the right thing while silently falling apart.it’s breathwork, radical self care, and embodied guidance for staying present, choosing yourself intentionally, and living with your decisions—online, offline, and in the moments no one claps for.
